Telkom CFO Jacques Schindehutte suspended pending disciplinary process

Maybe he threatened that Telkom would not be giving bonuses this year :whistle:
The whole board should be fired, they are as useful as wet toilet paper.....
 
the article indicates that the Board has suspended him pending an investigation into allegations. The protocol adopted by the company probably doesn't allow for the disclosure of the nature or source of the allegations until the hearing.

This could be very bad news or a good reflection on the company because regardless of the nature and truth of the allegations how an organization handles such matters is really important.
 
Not good for any Company if the Board ask the CFO to go, this even worst if CFO is under "investigation" for who knows what - Telkom shares dropped R3 today, not sure if this is linked.

Government associated companies have high levels of politics involved and that leads to corruption, kick-backs, unfair benefits etc.

I guess I would also call that all white Austrian company that we have to pay 25% every time I go through an etoll corrupt as well. Although I have no proof they gave anyone kick backs but looking how big the SA deal is for such a relatively small company I like to tell myself some kick backs were given and they made sure there is no paper trail to prove it.
 
I just got a email with subject "Telkom drops bombshell" from mybb. Dissapointed it was this article.
