Unfortunately most of us are not in the situation where we can have down time. I just find it a pathetic and for that some of money. They are really taking every cent they can take from consumers.

Take an example of your Telkom bill. If you pay in cash you round off to 0 or 5 nowadays. Telkom still carry over the 3 cents until your next bill. They squeeze every cent from you.

They really are making sure we do not remain customers of theirs when we have the option.

Too bad that i think we wont have any other options anytime soon...
but when eventually there's option... surely they will then lower their price.. and be "normal"
