Telkom choking local adsl speed !!!

If speedtest.net gives me less than 300 on a 384 local connection to Joburg (<20km), I am sure folks on 4Mb are probably getting 70% or less as well. If you're screwed before you even use Seacom or SAT3, what's the point of testing international bandwidth.

My .com connections are particularly cr@p.

Kindly take your condescending, self-righteous attitude and shove it right up your naught.
 
So, the complaint is actually against IS, who have already warned a select few that there is going to be network issues while they setup and test their seacom connections.

Where am I wrong?

I refuse to use IS products, their modus operandi sux.
