Telkom content services limit

Does anyone know how to increase the content services limit on a transaction with Telkom?

Trying to renew my Google one subscription and it's failing due to a limit somewhere

I've checked the Telkom portal and the only related setting is a generic 'Spend Limit', there seems to be another limit on the value of a single transaction somewhere

I think you might need to call them since it might fall under WASP, do you see your current subs in the portal under content?

I've tried, the call center is a bit of a nightmare to deal with when it comes to basic issues and this one is a bit advanced for them

Spoke to about 5 different agents today with no luck

My YouTube sub which is around R80 is going through, but Google One at R200 is failing..

My spent limit for the month is set to R2000, with only ~R80 used
