Telkom contract suddenly removed.

Hi folks

Just had a weird experiance yesterday evening. My contract and other pre paid numbers are all connected on the Telkom app. Yesterday evening, I was checking the prepaid levels of my family and noticed that the contract had disappeared from my account.

All balances, billing, invoices... gone! Tried to get hold of them via 180 but it was after 10pm so call just kept getting dropped once I got through the menu system. Sim is still active and working though, my concern was that someone is doing a sim swop. Trying to re-link the account, throws a invalid mobile - ID number error so it looks like someone has messed my accounts up.

Anyone experianced the same, lately or previously? Going to try get hold of them again today.
