I was having speed and ping problems this afternoon.

My NAS drive suddenly started to report that there was a problem with my DNS not being able to resolve correctly.

Changed the DNS settings on my router and now speeds are back...

Yeah, seen some clients having problems with DNS... But its very intermittent...
No notice's on SAIX notice board.. Not sure whats going on.

Definitely a problem with the TI DNS servers, switched to google DNS which is resolving OK but ping times are not good.

Some changes made on Thursday 15 August at 18h00 and 21h50 should have fixed this.

The doubleclick.net issues that remain are unrelated.

Please report any other remaining issues.

Yesterday also had some issues with TI DNS servers with regards to the Google ads appearing - switching to Google public DNS resolved the issues. Back on ISP supplied DNS servers this morning do not seem to have an issue.

Spoke to soon - Google ads once again not resolving using TI provided DNS (4MB uncapped) - working with Google DNS on TI account and on Afrihost or MWeb account.

doubleclick.net = Google ads.

This issue is separate, and was resolved around 14h00 today, by a routing change on Google's side. The cause has not been identified yet.
