telkom dns servers down

Seems like at least telkom mobile's dns servers are down. Anyone else dealing with the same?

Dear Axxess client, Telkom is currently experiencing a disruption in Telkom LTE services and are working on restoring as soon as possible. Sincere apologies.

Is that the issue? I tried changing DNS but even that fails.

I didn't really investigate much, but connecting to one of my wireguard vpns via ip worked and still seems to work now.

I also noticed facebook, Instagram and whatsapp still worked so I guess they had a hard-coded "fallback" ip address in their android apps at least.

What was weird about last night's outage was that it only affected one of my LTE routers - my Huawei B315 lost connection - my PC's LAN icon said 'Connected - No Internet') & rebooting it numerous times did not resolve the problem - whilst my Huawei B525 LTE router (which is connected via LAN to my Android box) stayed connected & I was still able to watch YT videos until I went to bed around 21h30.
