Telkom drops ADSL, data prices further

Telkom today delivered on its promise to reduce ADSL and data prices even further, with the entry-level high-speed Internet access product down to R270 per month.

HomeDSL 384, Telkom's middle-level broadband solution for those residential customers on the faster Internet lane, will be reduced from R449 to R359 a month.

The HomeDSL 512 and BusinessDSL 512 super-fast ADSL products - currently priced R599 and R699 per month respectively - will be reduced to R477 a month.

I bet this is in response to Neotel's offering. See, everyone can benefit from Neotel, even if you don't have coverage:D

2005 article?

The article has a date of 3 June 2005 :confused: It will be implemented on 1 August 2005.
 
oops. I somehow found the article and checked the date, and noticed that it was today... so I thought it was new. I never checked the year... sorry guys.
 
i suspect a little bit of good news is around the corner, early next week at the presentation of telkom's financial results ;-)

Next time actually read the article before posting it, its full of dates.
