Telkom Durban Down?

I can't seem to call telkom using the landline and my router internet symbol is blank, anyone else experiencing these issues, its amazing how I just got this line and they didn't say anything about any sort of outage.

The downtime worked fantastic for me was able to make numerous calls and not be charged a cent
