Previously I had a landline with ADSL, which I cancelled in November 2014. I then applied for the 8TA dongle and to date have had not luck with the Tech support centre to set up my Telkom E-mail address which was [email protected]. I have spent hundreds of rands on cell phone calls and have had no luck so far. I am seriously considering cancelling my contract and going to another provider. In the meantime I've set up a Yahoo e-mail address to get by.
