Stange many of my customers are phoning in saying can't download, might just be our area. Internet also very very slow !!!!!!! but only for some of us, others are fine.

Glad -))))) ) to see someone else experiencing email problems. The receiving is fine but try and send a file of 1-3 Mbytes and you are lucky if it gets through before Telkom drops the connection. I can actually monitor the uplink speed and it fluctuates wildly between 11 kB/sec down to 0 kB/sec and of course then sits on 0 for a minute or so and then disconnects and I have to start again. Last night it worked perfectly but today back to the same problem - now about the 4th day in a row. Ive changed nothing on my side and the fact that it worked last night seems to indicate its a Telkom problem.
I love having to put up with this **** service - good thing I take blood pressure tablest!
