Telkom escalation

Nearly 2 weeks! Wow I hope they aren't charging you for it. Getting a refund is tricky to impossible.
 
what was the issue do you know?

My account was configured incorrect. But I had to fight and swear and email bosses.it was tough, now I want to use another isp but I am so afraid to change in case of telkom stupidity, then I am stuck again.
