Hi everyone.
I took out a contract with Telkom in +- November 2019 for a Fixed LTE -A service to supply 120GB daytime and 120GB night-time data to my home.
All started well. No problems until +- March this year.
Since then the following has happened:
I get good service and then during the day it becomes erratic down to almost zero. This happens on and off pretty much every day.
I logged a fault and was contacted by a very helpful person from Telkom. I explained the erratic service. We tested my service and it was fine at that point and he stated that he would close the fault as solved but I could email him at any time if the fault recurred.
I monitored my service daily and sent screenshots indicating very poor connection speeds. Sometimes no connection. I sent five or six emails. Unfortunately the agent did not reply to my messages.
On this last Monday morning I had nearly zero service.
I left a message with Telkom begging for assistance.
I was contacted on Tuesday by a representative of Telkom asking what the problem was.
I indicated very poor service on Monday(1 June)
I tested my service while the person was on the line and I had a good service at the time.
The person stated that should I get poor service, I should log into my router and search for a 3g service which could be better.
This erratic service has gone on now for two to three months.
It is not a one off glitch.
What can I do to get my service provider to fix this?

Your biggest mistake was signing a contract with Telkom. Good luck with getting them to fix anything.
