Been MIA for nearly 5 years unfortunately, although last seen is sometime in 2021 but have not seen the rep active at all on the forum since 2018.

OK thx, i've tried TelkomZA on Twitter but karebo is not very user friendly.

Usually they are pretty helpful on Twitter from my interactions but might be best to give them a call unfortunately or try their get help online.

Yeah, Terrick managed to close my Telkom account after I'd been trying to do it for years.
