Telkom free DNS

Hi, Does anybody know if Telkom free DNS is also for Telkom LTE wi-fi.
I have been using DYNDNS. Getting very expensive considering south african exchange rate. I use it for my home cameras.
I tried going onto telkom website and no joy. Seems to me, it's only applies to fixed lines adsl?
Please Help?
 
Best bet would be to buy a cheap Mikrotik and use the built in DNS service, the naming convention is ugly but you can do port forwarding ect on it
 
I already have a built in DNS provider in my TP Link router. They are no longer free for a long time now.
