Think it does my s20 has VoLTE and VoWifi.
I tried everything. I even went an odin flashed XFA on my Vodacom S10 but nothing changed. No VoLTE, VoWIFI and No HD Voice.
Switch simcards and change it to Vodacom when I call it shows HD in the phone app.

They definately support Volte, which by nature would be HD, provided that the person you are calling also has Volte.
Something weird happened. I have a P10 Lite from Vodacom. It had Volte, but did not display the icon. Only way you could tell it was a Volte call with a Vodacom sim in it was that it would keep showing the 4G icon instead of swhitching to 3G icon. The phone also did not have a Vowifi option. A few weeks ago had to do a sim swop on my BF telkom sim which is in his router. I put that Telkom sim into my Vodacom supplied Huawei P10 Lite to remove the pin so that the router can just connect automatically, and all of a sudden Volte Icon appears in status bar and Vowifi option appeared in settings. When I put my Vodacom sim back in, it all went away again

I don't what is wrong with me then because I NEVER got VoLTE on Telkom,MTN and Cellc. Never got VoWIFI on Telkom and MTN. Vodacom has VoLTE and VoWIFI no matter what software is on my S8 or S10 and Cellc only has VoWifi on both Samsung phones no matter the software.
Vodacom in fact drains my battery on VoLTE so I have that turned off at the network side but every few days I get a SMS again VoLTE service has been activated for your line.
Ohh and Vodacom always give me HD Voice unless I call someone with one of those cheap 2G phones. Vodacom to VOIP providers with G722 and OPUS also shows HD Voice confirmed with a few tests from my side.
I think the Network Provider decides whether to enable it or not. For example, with VoLTE, Telkom Mobile only enabled it for certain devices. They never do it across the board for any device connected on the network. Not sure if this is because they still in a testing phase or only want to do it on devices THEY assume need it

Ja, in most cases it is a automated process. The system @ Vodacom picks up what make and model you are using and if it is a phone which they have approved as Volte capable, the system provisions it automatically. I cant say I have noticed a battery drain with Vodacom Volte. If anything, it should be a bit better as your phone would not have to keep switching back and forth between 4G and 3G to make or receive a call.
HD Voice not only available on VoLTE.
On a Vodacom (Blackberry passport) to Vodacom (Redmi Note 8) It shows HD Voice. The sound quality is much better clear voice very nice. Calling other networks it's not showing HD Voice. Swapped the Vodacom sim in the Redmi Note 8 to a Samsung S10 and both the Blackberry Passport and the S10 Shows HD. Calling other networks does not show HD voice. For example inserting a Telkom sim in both devices or a MTN sim in both devices does not bring up the HD voice icon at all.
Very interesting but yeah it really pains me to say this but Vodacom is the Best network in SA. Certainly not the most affordable but I reckon the best.
I have a mate 9 and it shows volte with telkom.. as soon i as make a call to any number i go from 4g to 3g which shows volte is not working on telkom... vodacom doesnt give me volte access which is sad

Ah ok. Yes I remember. Many years ago Vodacom upgraded voice on 3G network to HD voice. But that was limited to specific handsets which incorporated that codec into their firmware etc. HD is default with Volte.
