CV means squat.....lets see how tempting her bonus is....maintain the status quo and get a mother fukca of bonus....or have some integrity and change things for the better and get not so a mother fukca bonus
Sadly this is not the case,people are still living in the past.If you are competent to do the job then do it,don't shove someone in just because he/she was disadvantage before. If service levels were anything to go by,well it speaks for it self then doesn't it.
