In keeping with the ICASA mandatory dialling, Telkom is implementing dialling procedures for international as well as local calls.

Hahahahahahaha, Telkom is complying with some regulation...

If memory serves me correctly this was supposed to be done several years ago.

if this is the rate at which things are complied too in SA, then chances are it will be a long long time before any of ICASA's regulations are complied with.

this has ended up being like MNP. Delayed delayed delayed. There is zero chance of them meeting this deadline. If they don't meet it, the principle is going to call telkom into the office and say words like, "bad, naughty, late" and then send telkom out with a little sweet. ICASA being the principle of course. duh!
