Telkom int failing

Ok I have a problem, every few days, sometimes many multiple times on one day I lose my "int cap" and have only access to local sites? Why is this happening and what is the problem? I'm only 30% through my total int cap.

Well i have a 512 kbps line im not wireless, normal telkom router.....how can I see the technical details of the error?
