I have been struggling for 3 weeks to get my Telkom Integrated Data Sim to work. Hours spend phoning 10210 and in store, with no resolution.
Dies anyone know of a Telkom employee that can actually help me and get this Sim to work?
 
Welcome to the club, I eventually gave up on mine. Try to pm the TelkomZA guys on the forum maybe they might help.

Mine was activated in-store. Did you RICA it and what APN are you using ?
 
Hi, been struggling to get my 2gb IDS on my Unlimited Home 10mb packaged activated. Got the sim from the store and they said all is active. Been back to the store with no luck, called 10210 they send me to Sales (10213) and back to tech support. The sim is listed on my products but only with WIFI of 2gb. Did anyone find a pain-free way or person who can assist to get the sim activated correctly?

Telkom stores and 10210 representatives acknowledge there is a problem yet it is not being fixed. I've hit a dead-end.

Why hasn't MyBroadband reported on the MASSIVE problem with TelkomInternet integrated data SIMS. The SIMS have allocated data (as per your UNLIMITEDhome package) but you cannot use it!

I am using mine. Did you change the APN to TelkomInternet?
 
I went to go collect my sim after reading all the stories of failure and I was not expecting much but mine worked right after leaving the telkom store :D
