Telkom international partly down?

I can't get on to wikipedia, the ubuntu forums or facebook. Anyone else with issues?

Yep I'm with Telkom and went down midnight on the dot

On telkom and international is working fine here, been playing wow the whole time.

I don't think that it was a large scale failure. I saw some outages in Bloem and Durbs around that time but nothing more widespread than that.
