Telkom Internet accounts not connecting?

I'm on my FNB account atm, on hold with Telskum. Was wondering if anyone else was having a problem in Cpt?

I have access to several telkom accounts, none of them work.

Posting using my web africa account atm. Oh and I live in cape town too, Rondebosch.

Also forgot to mention that I cannot access any of the telkomsa.net websites but can access telkom.co.za just fine.

My Telkom account is working fine, but my neighbor says his is not.

Oh and I cannot access telkomsa.net
