I'm referring to testing and confirmation by Forumites, like Yourself.

I can confirm that TI's helpdesk are not aware of the local/international traffic distinction on the 41.xxx range
 
Also I think I downloaded that torrent on the 31st going into the 1st of Jan so I could be completely wrong :-(
 
I've only done 45MB so far this month and all of that is under blended. Some if it would show under local if they were splitting.

Me again, BTW seems weird everyone saying HE when referring to me:eek:. I am a SHE please :D. I downloaded local only from 1st to 2nd so my bandwith was not split between local and international. Mine got capped as soon as my blended reached 2.4GB. Below is my usage on the titracker

I also got capped already and looks like the old reset trick isn't working for me. Looked at my usage for last month though. I noticed that under "blended usage" they have everything I d/l internationally but then minus it so it looks like I've actually only used 1Gb internationally. Wonder what they're up too...
 
I've been capped at home on my 3GB account.
I've done pretty much NO International transfer but alot of local and TI has capped me.

That is why I got myself a 1Gb account to test it out myself this morning. Downloads speeds are terrible but were getting there...
 
4.24GB on Do3. Pretty much all local. Probably done over 10GB already in total.

Liar, don't you know there are no girls on the internet :p

Anyway, I had to topup for the first time ever last month after being capped at 1.6GB on a do1 account. Granted it's a new account but on my old one (3GB on up to 4Mbps - damn moving is a bitch) I could easily get 7-9GB. All int. as I had a separate local only account.

Seems Hellkum is getting strict, wonder if they've got a mole here reporting the flagrant raping of their accounts and are trying to put a stop to it.:confused:
