Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

Cheers TI. Im done. Now to try find another ISP :erm: Actually now to try climb the telephone poles outside my house to get my telephone line off of the road. Been like this for 3 weeks now. Im not sure how the hell the line has survived that long either...
 
Improvement. Torrents look dead then rise slowly.

Let's hope it stays like this.

Dunno, but I'd still log a fault so the techies can check it out. I'd expect to see a lot more bitching from other Bloem users on the same exchange with a 2nd hop like yours if congestion is the problem.
 
I had a speed problem on Tuesday. Telkom saw fit to downgrade me to 3MB from 4MB after the problem fixed itself a few hours later. My speed changed a day later from 4096 to 3072. Now they can't understand a simple request to change my profile back to 4096. 4 days on and 2 closed requests later. The mind boggles.

... Hmmm, better but definitely not good.

PM TelkomZA with your ADSL line number and TI account details and ask what they think of the situation, I'd still get the techies on site to check out the line & associated equipment though.
 
keep getting disconnected from game servers every 5-10mins connection drops.
