:) and mine has turned red, and I have no idea how many GBs I have done. All downloads are scheduled between 00h00 and 06h00 so not sure how accurate it is, or ALL down loads are counted regardless of time.

Hmm, the SAIX page is down too but you can check your data total once it goes live.

I'm currently in my cancellation period.
The frequently erratic download speeds each time the network guys do a "change" finally got to me.
Bought a new router two weeks back and realised that over and above this my 4mb line syncs at only 3mb.
Logged multiple calls that the techs just closed without resolving.

Then I popped TelkomZa a PM.

Charl's attention to this problem has been nothing short of mind-blowing.
Running through various checks it looks like my alarm system may be causing interference (capacity load) on the line. Fighting with my security company about this.
In getting to this conclusion, Charl looked at my previous logged calls, looked at exchange stats and even at my router stats, giving me a crash course on SNR and attenuation, even phoning me to discuss the issue.

If only all of Telkom's staff were as effective as Charl, maybe I wouldn't be cancelling...
Telkom's got no idea how lucky they are to have the one guy that does anything working for them.

Scheduled most of downloads between midnight and 6am.

Now Im shaped at 14 June ??????

Service is dead IMO.

No point in uncapped if get penalized for following thew rules. think i did maYBE 120 gb ON 4 MEG and now im shaped.
 
125GB on TI 10MB Uncapped:

... looks about 25% so no change from last months estimated limit of ~600GB.

Edit: maths error, looks like the projected limit is ~500GB this month so TI have knocked off another 100GB.

April I did 416G on my 4 meg line with 4 meg data AND was not throttled.
May did 360G was Throttled
Now Green middle bar..my NetWorks moniter never gives right usage PLEASE give us back our usage Statistics♥
 
User stats still down? Got a awesome notification that says I have been a bad boy and I'm affecting other users? 4mb line and I swear I probably haven't even touched 150gig. Telkom you guys are going backwards now!
 
I logged a support call on the saix.net website about the user stats. I don't expect much but I am bored. :)
 
True Reaper5639 was told this morning i did 270gig on my 10meg line and that according to aup i am affecting others cant access a webpage every page i open i go to aup website where u can check your usage but cant.Had to buy 1gig axxess to browse.One consultant told me my internet is off till the new month starts so any advice will be helpfull.Talked to 5 different guys and after a hour and a half was told this buy the last call i made so need new options goodbye telkom.:mad:

270GB in 30 days or 15 days?
 
Look used to do almost 500gigs for the last 5 or 6 months now with the new aup i cant access internet at all 10 meg line has higher cap than 4meg line is what i experienced .
