It's cos everyone is unthrottled for the new month, come the 14th half the user's will be throttled and some of us will have decent Internet again
That's my fear...
Would be great to be able to use my 70-80 GB for the month throughout all the weeks of the month and not have to wait for superuser burnout to get my share.
Are you saying the bandwidth is too limited?

+1 I felt that last night too. Browsing was k@k slow yet I was able to download a new ROM at 430KB/s. Browsing was normal again when I woke up this morning.

I tried downloading a rom from Samsung updates and from sammobile, started at 6 30 and at 730 they were going at 30kbps, by 10pm they were only 25% if that.

Sammobile downloads are always slow. That's not TI's fault.

I think our problems are different, Ranger said there was an issue in Jozi two nights ago - I think you might be impacted by that.
He said Durban is awaiting more IPC which will arrive soon.
Whats weird is my browsing was slow yet I could download Ozcan 3.3 ROM from Mega at 430KB/s. Streaming Youtube must have been good coz else my son would have been bitching lol
I generally find Sammobile to be slow at times too. But I hardly ever download stock ROM as I been actively avoiding getting the new Knox 2.0 along with its bootloader. I'm running 4.4.2 but not stock Samsung

I'm on Paranoid Android 4.4.4 Final on my S4.
Seems to me the clock has been turned a few months back.
Fast mornings, gradually deteriorating through the day to slak-slow in the evenings.
And on the theory that it takes about a week for the big users to get throttled and then the service 'eases up'. Not so sure as I had a full May and June without any issues, any time of day.

Okay a bit OT but...
Do you have the Exynos or the S600 S4?
I tested the official PA 4.4.4 latest nightly on Monday and Tuesday and I couldn't get more than 13hrs without needing a charge. Screen time less than 2hrs too.
I love AOSP ROMs but the battery life sucks. Also when checking for wakelocks I find my phone never goes into Deep Sleep
Right now I'm Uncharted v3 with Domination 2.3 - awesome battery life with an AOSP theme

It's only browsing that's an issue in the evenings, everything else is great.
