Telkom network congestion?

I usually don't download during the day ... some times I need a large file quickly for work and it usually flies. Now I can barely get 300 kilbytes per second.

The cable break we experienced, cleared up by 21h00 and the network was running normal by 22h00. The Telkom ISP network should not be causing this.

Yup same seems to be international problem 320~ms to ping England.

Yeah Seacom states that it's fixed the break, NAPA still isnt at 100% tho
