Just reset port from Telkom, still same issues
Full speed on Telkom Speedtest up and down
International only 5mb/s down and 10mb/s up

Maybe my line is acting up as I've noticed the attainable speed dropped from 95mb/s to in the 80's.
HEC errors also appearing. How much errors should indicTe problems and which type of errors.

Use the Google dns for stable speeds, using telkoms one i get real annoying speed fluctuation

Twitch running perfectly on 720p , Netflix HD running with no problems must be your line I`m in CPT
Twitch buffering on 480p, can't stream video from any overseas site without constant buffering today. Not my line, Telkom in CPT.

What is it with all ISP's in Cape Town having issues. The bloody sea cables comes to Cape Town, but we get routed via Joburg, wtf am I missing something here

Was watching my daughter playing a semi-pro women's only CS:GO tournament last night & 20mb Telkom uncapped fibre could barely manage 360p. Missed half the bloody game due to it being unwatchable..
Downloads & netflix usually work fine but come on seriously wtf if you cannot even stream for a bit?

Was this on twitch?
Twitch streaming is known to suck irrespective of isp. There are ways around this using third party apps or plugins that work perfectly.
