Telkom internet Inbox problems

Hi guys. Have been on ADSL for two months and I have never been able to use my Telkom email addresses. Currently, I use MWeb as my ISP. I have two Telkom email addresses which I would like to activate but they don't work. For example, as a test, I have blind copied Mweb emails to my primary Telkom address as well as to my secondary address - and they never arrive. Leastways, I have never found them on the Telkom Webmail site. All my email programs are configured to retain emails on the server until deleted from the inbox.

Any thoughts?

Hi Simpleton,
I also don't see how you would have a Telkom account if you're using MWeb as the ISP.
But if you do also have a Telkom ISP account, you might need to register to get the email account activated (0800 500 100).
That's what I had to do.
Originally, they gave me an email login and user name, but the addresss was @telkomsa.net and my alias was @ - yeah, that'll work just great.
So I called the above number and then only did I get an actual working email address.
