Telkom internet not Hard Capping (DotCO)

that is old news. Thought there was some cryptic messsage!
 
All I saw was Telkom and Assholes. That's enough for me:)

Not such a stupid question. Many have posted that their TelkomInternet accounts have hardcapped while DOTCO have tested that they dont hardcap.

So who is right, or is it just random ... some accounts do, some dont?
 
BULLSH*T! Telkom is hardcapping. Both my telkom accounts are hardcapped, nothing local and nothing international.
 
Our account also developed the "fault" that was reported here soon after we posted here on 2 November. TelkomInternet's Product Manager told us (in email and telephonically) that the account was not capped. I got an undertaking from the Product Manager that the "fault" would be fixed ASAP. We gave them some time to fix it. Seems like they sorted out the problem now.

A bit cryptic ... hardcapped yes or no?
 
Telkom Internet is soft capped. The way it always was. No change. ;-) OK where is this going.
 
It does not matter. The screenshots on DotCO's website make for a good case against Telkom with regards to discrimination and anti-competitive behaviour.

Well based on the contradicting posts here, someones talking sh1te or only some accounts are being hardcapped.
 
I don't think they were hard capped. They developed a "fault" and the problem is now sorted.
 
im confused. do people actually want telkom internet to hard cap?

Spindrift, the point is that it is anti-competitive for Telkom to wholesale hardcapped accounts and retail softcaps.

They are forcing their competitors to sell an inferior product. Naughty, naughty.

It not about want ... its about getting the truth of whether TelkomInternet are or arent hardcapping.

PS: Anyone who developed the 'fault', still not sorted out (i.e. permanent fault till end of the month = hardcap)
