I got the shock of my life today when I dialed 10215 (Telkom Internet) and was answered in 37sec!!!.....I even had a stopwatch ready to tell you guys how long I'd waited as I was expecting it to be 30mins or more! Call was at 11h30 and the guy managed to sort my problem out in about 3mins.
3 Hours later I get a courtesy call asking me how efficient I thought the service agent was. Well it was all 4's and 5's.
Nice to see Telkom improving in that department, it has always been the one place where Telkom really, really sucked.
