Had problems this week as well. Played some BFBC2 online on my PS3 and had insane lag - first time in the last few months.

Nope havent had problems but seem to notice my telkom account is unshaped now in World Of Warcraft 
Was always red latency but now its Yellow/Green 200 - 400 ms
