My data contract has been cancelled with Telkom from last July, from September 2018 I am getting debited all different amounts from telkom, amount which I never signed up for. When I call the customer care centre they tell me I don't have a contract, they don't know why I'm being debited, I reported the matter to many times and nothing is done about it. So is that how Telkom cam afford to pay their employees high salaries? By robbing people hundreds of people like me, I pay telkom for nothing. I don't have any contracts with them but I'm paying for something I don't know, Telkom does not reply to any complaintts they don't care . Please can someone help me .
