My data contract has been cancelled with Telkom from last July, from September 2018 I am getting debited all different amounts from telkom, amount which I never signed up for. When I call the customer care centre they tell me I don't have a contract, they don't know why I'm being debited, I reported the matter to many times and nothing is done about it. So is that how Telkom cam afford to pay their employees high salaries? By robbing people hundreds of people like me, I pay telkom for nothing. I don't have any contracts with them but I'm paying for something I don't know, Telkom does not reply to any complaintts they don't care . Please can someone help me .
 
there are plenty threads with people having problems with cancellations. best you read the mybroadband article on how to cancel using the new methods.. also go block that debit order. they wont blacklist you as you have cancelled but you most probably sitting on the old system which has "problems".. as per telkom
 
This is the new method of cancellation, according to a consultant alot of people are having the same problem. When I call in they say I don't have a contract. If I ask them what am getting debit for, they don't know. Is that ironic

Post on Hellopeter. It was the only place I finally resolved my outstanding debt on services I havn't had any outstanding balance on for years yet they tried to claim it from me via random debt collector out of nowhere.

After posting on Hellopeter I finally got someone capable of resolving the issue to clear it up. Took about 4 weeks though.
