Telkom ISP - Confusing Usage on 2 Accounts

I have a Teklom 1GB account, and a Teklom 3GB account.

I use them as follows:
1 - At the beginning of the month, I use the 1GB account for local and international usage until the 1GB (Blended) is used up.
2 - Then I enable local/international routing and use the 1GB account for local only, and the 3GB account for international only.

It is still the beginning of the month, I have not even dialed into my 3GB account, and it's usage is sitting @ :
3GB Account
Uploaded : 162MB or [0.15GB]
Downloaded : 1.19GB
Combined Total : 1.35GB
Service threshold : 3.00GB
Percentage used : 45.21%

My 1 GB account, which is the only one dialed in:
1GB Account
Uploaded : 4MB or [0.00GB]
Downloaded : 225MB or [0.22GB]
Combined Total : 229MB or [0.22GB]
Service threshold : 1.00GB
Percentage used : 22.40%

Now, how in the heck is this happening?
AND - how in the heck can any of their monitoring tools be considered accurate?

I'm off to phone 10217 and listern to their crap and try hopelessly to explain this to the person on the other side.

Yeah, and when have Telkom ever called you back?!?!?!

I'm still waiting for a call back from FRIDAY!

TI's monitoring tools are SOOOOOOOOOOO not working!!
 
It called me back, and they insisted that i must be put through to desktop support.
So .. yay ... me is now listerning to that AWESOME tune.
Somebody has to remix it man!

They called me back, so they have to hang up to break the connection.

BWAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

They have perfected Telkom hell!

Okay .. hanging up and leaving it hanged up for 5 minutes or so.
 
Na, I don't use any tool that expects me to enter private password info. Thanks anyways.

So, teklom support replied and said that I am currently logged on with both accounts from the same location, and that if I want the issue taken further I must send an email to [email protected]. No telephone number or contact person details were supplied, so I cannot even argue my case. Typical TERRIBLE service.

So I reply to them ([email protected]) that:
If I am connected with both accounts, why is there zero increase in usage on my 1GB account?

So now I am forced to email [email protected], they will take one look at this fiasco and tell me to bolt. But .. hey .. what the heck hey.

But, in general, it looks like they are not interested in solving the problem, so I am going to have to keep my IPCop PPPOE logs and freaking take them to small claims court to get my money back.

That is simply not going to happen, the time i'll waste in that ludicrous "justice" system makes this an excercise in futility.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARG!
