I am on VoX in Cape Town and very slow browsing speeds, even some time outs.
Vox support desk told me they have reports since yesterday of slow speed in Cape Town and it is being investigated and is related to this issue in the North.

I have exactly the Same Problem in Highveld Park,Centurion,Pretoria and are going to cancel my month to month contract tomorrow and will go to fibre or someone like Afrihost etc.

They will loose R600 from me, not much but I promise you I'm not the only one...

I can browse,...verrry slowly, but cannot download anything, including small PDF doc's or text files

speedtest.net tests normal, but browsing is a pain since this morning in Cape Town and sometimes having disconnects.
