.... and asked if I am happy with the ADSL line speed. Well, I don't have a problem either up or down so I what else could I say but "No problem". Asked the lady if she knows anything about the November increase, and she replied "We have not been briefed on that". Ok, so I suppose there is going to be a lot of calls and a LOT of angry responses, just remember that these poor Telkom employees are just PEOPLE like us, they just have to do what they are told, the real problem lies with the top evil brains
