Telkom Kenya on the block

Exclude Telkom South Africa

I would propose that Telkom Kenya, also inserts a clause preventing Telkom South Africa from Bidding, due to its disregard for International Business Norms as seen in the Telecordia Case, et al.
 
Telkom in kenya? surely thats not good
