Telkom Latency

Just as I suspected. The whole weekend the latency to saix.net have averaged out at 60ms.

As from 8:30am today latency has once again skyrocketed. averaging at 250ms to 300ms.

Now this makes me suspect that telkom is rerouting certain exchanges via different routes during working hours.

Do you guys/gals agree with me or am I just being stupid?
