I moved into a new complex, but the owner never installed any Telkom infrastructure here. There is a Telkom "box" on this property (on the corner of the yard), about 20 meters from my appartment. Do you think it is possible to install a Telkom telephone line without any infrastructure in the complex? There used to be a house here, so there must be some underground cables.
I'm desperate because I have an online business, and using wireless networks like Amobia in my area is utter and total RUBBISH. I can't stand it anymore, and telkom won't give me an answer they keep giving me different numbers to dial, and nobody calls be back when they say they are going to call me back.
What should I do?
