Telkom Live Help-Upgrade

Hi,

So i asked the Live Chat on Telkom.co.za to bump my new ADSL line upto 10MBps, got an order number but apparently it takes 14 days? how long did it take for you guys?
 
They upgraded/broke my line in 2 days.. then downgraded/still broken in another 2 days... then 3 weeks to fix it at the original speed.
Anyway could take 2 days only.

Ouch thanks for the fears :( hopefully its abit smoother then that but trust in someone somewhere in Telkom to stuff it up
 
Well still waiting for Telkom to bumb up my speed here is to hoping it does not take 24 days
 
And so it begins..Line went down, came back up was still 4MBps then went down and came back up as ADSL2+ with 13MBps and now again went down and never came back on...:( all modulations enabled..i have a ADSL/ADSL+2/VDSL Router
