Telkom may have broken JSE rules

Telkom appears to have broken JSE rules by not adhering to notification requirements of two retiring directors

They are de-valuating the company so that they can buy it up for cheap. It's rather crude, but another company is set to be raped and pillaged under full state ownership pretty soon if you want my opinion.
