Telkom loses tender battle

Telkom has been compelled by a court order to go ahead with the granting of a multimillion rand tender to a controversial empowerment company. This comes after the communications giant tried to cancel its provisional agreement with Value SA, a subsidiary of the listed Value logistics group.
