Telkom LTE 30 Gig package

Hi guys, i currently have the Telkom LTE 30 Gig package and want to upgrade it to the 50 Gig package. On their site when you click the 50 gig option, it gives you a tab called Upgrade and then you follow the process. Has anyone does this before? And secondly if they have how long do they wait till the data gets loaded and lastly, im in month 11 of my 24 month contract, does upgrading my contract mean i start from month 1 again or does it still remain in month 11?

No. Refer to the section about Upward Migration here: Section 6.1

I know this because my month 24 is now in August and I made sure they did not extend my "Initiation date" when I went from 50GB to 100GB.
