Telkom LTE Advanced AND IT SUCKS

so i bit the bullet and got telkom lte advanced 100gig cap. first day was ok @23mbs. now i get around 4mbs if i am lucky and sometimes no data through put at all. on 3G 3mbs LTE 1MBS

the help guys ask have i tried 3G connection????????????????????????????????

i have had it a few days and i think i am cancelling this contract!! i may as well stay on a wimax 512kbs. is more stable and 20% the cost.

Who should I buy from? How do I know what direction to point it?

Have a look here. I would look at where the LTE signal has the greatest density and point my antenna in that direction.

Contact Telkom Mobile. Tell them the problem you experiencing at home. They will dispatch a field technician to test the signal in your house. There after send contractors to your house to install an antenna absolutely for free

Hey RichardG
I did call them twice. The second time I called the woman I spoke if I tried setting to asked me if I tried setting the router to 3g. So I'm taking it I need to live with it according to them.

Probably call them Monday again.
