Samsung A33 5G (Mobile Networks)

I recently got a new contract from Vodacom where I got a new Samsung A33 5g. The only problem I am experiencing is with the Mobile Networks settings.
It is normally set for 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect) for Mobile Data. The most of the times during the day I discover that my phone is not receiving any messages. I must then change the setting to LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect) in order to connect. Sometimes it does not show any connection and I must connect it back to to 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect) It is quite serious, because I am getting some urgent messages long after it was sent.

Changing automatically to WiFi has no problem at all.

1) Does anybody know where this setting can be set for the phone to change automatically between 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect) and LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect)?
