To anyone on the 10GB+10GB package, Axxess recently figured out that Telkom doesn't offer rollover on that particular Fixed LTE package, and that they wouldn't be an exception to that rule. So they've since changed their terms in that regard.
The way their support team handled the whole situation was nothing short of shameful, though their seems to be a general break in communication and a lack of adequate training amongst the low end phone support staff.
Anyway, this is what the usage chart looks like for the 10GB+10GB package. The actual month's allocated data shows up as rollover, presumably because rollover doesn't exist on this package.
I've received my Telkom LTE sim after waiting for it for 12 days. I eventually received it 7 days ago and it has been an extreme mission to get the sim activated. I have contacted Axxess on all social media platforms and only received one response on Twitter saying, " We will look into this" without even requesting any information from me regarding what the problem was or even what the sim card number is. I've also emailed there support with no response. This is my last effort to try and get hold of someone at Axxess who can actually assist me.
