Anyone figured a way to see your usage stats for peak/night time data separately?

Both the web and mobile app only show total usage, which is useless unless you on unlimited package.

Logged a support ticket but won't hold my breath for any immediate resolution..

@The Axxess Lady please advise, ta

Hi

Not really the answer I was hoping for...just ensure it is put at top of priority list , one grows weary of endlessly hearing companies are "working on it" with no solution ever in sight.

Its not even a mid lever priority for them tbh. If it was they would have communicated with clients

I can confirm that our engineers are currently working on it.

I believe we are reporting Telkom usage within an hour or so. There is also a way to check directly on Telkom.

Eh? What in an hour? Directly on Telkom? How??

..explain to those in the complete pitch ,dark here.

To view your usage in a bit more detail you can log on to your router (192.168.8.1) and send a blank sms to 188; you will get a message back with the info.

Cheers, must be a Telkom ussd.
Will check it out later

Sending 188 as a USSD fails, but sending an sms to that number works okay for me.

I cant even see if it is connected. let alone any data usage

My bad - the app does give you a balance. I was under the impression that we were sending out notifications, but it seems like we didn't get that right in the end. Sorry about the confusion.

We do have some ways that you can check your balances. One is to use Telkom's App. Other is to use USSD. I'm getting some easy steps to follow that I can posy here.
