Telkom LTE Problems

Since about Easter time, I've been strugglig with connecting, buffering and low bandwith.(unclear picture). I have tried various devices, Fibre with and without VPN. During the early hours 3 - 6 am while not perfect, the situation is better.

I am in Port Elizabeth, tried in various subrbs..

Any news on the above and a possible solution would be much appreciated.
