Telkom LTE uncapped cancellation

Hi, read online somewhere recently that after an uproar over Telkom capping their uncapped LTE packages, they were offering to release customers from their contracts. I am unfortunately am one of those who cannot get away with 300 gig a month and probably require about 800 gig a month. does anyone know the cancellation procedure or who to call without spending the day on hold

I've just run into the exact same issue. I basically only use Netflix and is the whole reason I got LTE uncapped in the first place.

How can I cancel this, can't go back to DSTV. I only have 10 months left on this contract.
 
Just to add, I never breached the cap before moving to Netflix. Only now since I'm fully on Netflix have I breached my cap (today).
