Telkom LTE Uncapped Special

I heard allot of good things about this uncapped package and I also decided to give it a go. I did the online application and I received and e-mail that my bid was successful. I waited about two weeks with no reply. I decided to go to the Telkom shop in Bloemfontein to activate this in store. After a 45 minutes waiting in line it was finally my turn. I did not have the required documents so I took the application form home to complete. The next day I went to collect my router and antenna I was told that they had not stock and they don't know when they will be getting any new stock.

I am so disappointed, they could have spared me the hassle and told me sorry sir we can't help you.:twisted:

While I was standing in line one guy was trying to get his laptop dongle 3g thing sorted. No interwebz on this package he had bought.
The staff told him all sorts of nonsense about aniti virus and little green dwarfs and stuff. and he was visibility frustrated. He eventually gave up and was about to leave.
As I was standing there for like half an hour I was pretty bored I asked him what the problem was.
In 5 minutes flat, after he booted his laptop for me to have a look I had his correct apn setup and a connection established.
And I sell paint for a living.

Apart from a car dealership I know, Telkom must take the award for having the product everyone wants, but lacks the sales and after sales channels to back it up.

yes it seems depending through whivch channel you apply, you can have everything within 30 minutes, i am waiting a full week, delivery set for next week, my brother got his within 30 minutes, i was standing right next to him throughout the 30 mins in shock lol
